One Punch Man is an anime series based on a manga of the same name written by ONE and illustrated by Yusuke Murata. The series follows Saitama, a seemingly ordinary guy who, after training for three years, becomes a superhero who can defeat any opponent with just one punch.
The story takes place in a world where superheroes and monsters exist, and the Hero Association is responsible for protecting the citizens from threats.
